I received an inquiry from Ambro Alvarado in April 2024 when he was looking for an expanded location in Rochester, Minnesota. We began searching for a shop space that would offer both large garage doors and professional office space where his team could create signs. Spaces meeting these specifications are hard to come by in the Rochester area, and initially, nothing stood out as an ideal option for Image360.
On April 10th, while riding with my father headed to Zumbrota on Highway 52 North, I happened to look East near Five Star Storage. I noticed a large shop, one I had previously leased to an electrician—appeared to be vacant. I immediately texted Ambro: "Found a good option for you!"
Fast forward to September 2024, we finally got a lease signed! The journey to this point took months, as we faced various hurdles. The landlord was just getting familiar with their recently purchased property, we needed to determine necessary improvements to the space, and negotiations were needed to decide who would fund these improvements.
Once we secured the lease, the work began. Now, in January 2025, the vision for Image360's new location is nearly complete. The space features a highly visible storefront, a functional garage bay for large-format sign creation, and professional office space for their design team.
Throughout this transaction, I had the opportunity to get to know Ambro personally. He is an extremely passionate, hardworking entrepreneur who is excited to build his brand and team.
