ଆଜି ସକାଳୁ ଚିଲିକା, ଭିତରକନିକା ଓ ହୀରାକୁଦରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଗଣନା । ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଜାଣିବା କେମିତି ହୁଏ ପକ୍ଷୀ ଗଣନା ?
