00:00It is a decision that we were waiting for, which leaves us with a bitter taste in our mouths,
00:16because just in the past few days we had reported to the judge the results of an old case
00:22that had substantially violated one of the assumptions
00:27that today were brought by the Prosecutor's Office
00:30on the basis of the need to re-evaluate the voice in advance.
00:36Today we are told, we are supported by the Prosecutor's Office
00:40that the industrial plans would contain excessively optimistic forecasts
00:45and hence the need to make those evaluations.
00:49In the old procedure, the Milan Finance Guard,
00:53which was then married to the Prosecutor's Office,
00:55who had requested and obtained the affiliation of the procedure,
00:58instead argued that those industrial plans would even contain conservative forecasts
01:05and precisely for this reason it had come to ask for the affiliation of the procedure.
01:10So this leaves us with a bit of a bitter taste in our mouths,
01:13but we are convinced to show the strangeness of Dr. Sassan Trichet
01:19and it will be the debate that will show it.
01:25Have you already heard the Minister?
01:26No, I haven't heard him.
01:28Can we ask if there have been any divisions?
01:31The divisions have been those that have been requested, yes.
01:35A courtesy.
01:37But they have also declared the extension for a few years.
01:41Yes, with reference to three years
01:45with reference to the first chief of inquiry,
01:49with reference to the civil editor,
01:51with reference to the division that had been requested by the company,
01:55and with reference to the physical people,
01:58with reference to the second chief of inquiry,
02:01with reference to the annuity of June 16, 2017.
02:05The Minister hoped not to have to face the trial,
02:08not to be released.
02:10As I said, it is a decision that leaves a bitter taste in our mouths,
02:15but we were expecting it.
02:17There are other inquiries, however,
02:19that look at it in parallel.
02:22This can be prognostic.
02:24They are all different.
02:26It is a courtesy.
