00:00Hi guys and welcome to Dry Stock, I'm Prameet and we are at the Honda stall and we are gonna
00:10check out the Honda QC1 which is an electric scooter.
00:16Now just let me give you a quick walk around of how this scooter looks like.
00:20So this is a mass production scooter obviously and over there what you see is the Activa
00:25E that has a swappable battery but this does not have a swappable battery.
00:28This has a fixed battery and according to some people over here and the information
00:33that this will be launched first in Bangalore and by the end of this month, that is by the
00:37end of January.
00:38So let us quickly start off with the front end and as you can see over here, this gets
00:43the DRL setup and your headlamp, it's a full LED cluster and you get it over here, again
00:47the paint is really nice, you don't get anything on the front cowl, you have the QC badging
00:52over here, Honda written over there, you have alloy wheels, you don't have a disc setup,
00:56you have a drum setup over here.
00:58So floor board is flat, I think that is your charging unit, so you can basically charge
01:04it from there.
01:05This does not get a swappable battery, it's a fixed battery so you have to connect it
01:07near your power station wherever you're charging from and plug it in and that will help charge
01:12it.
01:13So at the rear you get twin shocks, one over here and one over there, so it's a twin shock
01:17and that is the motor.
01:19I'll be giving the specifications in a while.
01:21Seat is pretty wide as you can see over here and that is the cluster.
01:25So the cluster is a full digital cluster, you have eco, I think you have standard and
01:28eco over here, you can switch the modes, this is your lighting setup and this is your indicator,
01:33that's for your horn and that is the key fob.
01:37You have some storage space over here, I think this is a USB, yeah this is a USB charging
01:40socket and you have something to hang.
01:43As you can see this is the QC one and I'll be showing you a list, well you can pause
01:48over here if you want to and you can see what all specifications does this get.
01:53So first of all, as we see over here, it's got a range of 80 kilometres, top speed of
01:5750 and you can do a 0 to 40 on this scooter in around 9.4 seconds and it has a maximum
02:04torque of around 77 Nm.
02:07Let me show you the tyre size, so the front tyre size is 90-90 R12, the rear tyre size
02:11is 90-100 R10, you get both a drum setup, you don't get a disc setup over here.
02:17The rear suspension is a five-step adjustable hydraulics, so you can adjust the preload
02:21on that.
02:22Now the boot space that is really important over here, so you have a 26 litre of under
02:26storage, of an under seat boot space and that is again a lithium-ion battery and ground
02:32clearance 169 mm and if you see over here, so the battery is a 1.5 kilowatt battery pack,
02:38range as I mentioned is around 80 kilometres on a full charge, charging time 0 to 80 is
02:444 hours 30 minutes and charging time 0 to 100 is 6 hours and 50 minutes.
02:48And you have all LED setup and there you go, that is the full spec sheet of the Honda
02:54QC1.
