00:20Oh my God, it's been devastating. I just got back from Germany last night
00:23and I actually offered to represent clients, free of charge,
00:27credit my commission back to anyone looking to rent.
00:31And I've been just posting a lot about other businesses offering help
00:35and so many people are offering services and donating, volunteering.
00:42Actually, the Oppenheim Group is doing a big fundraiser and kind of drive tomorrow in Newport Beach.
00:48I'm going to be there as well.
00:50And yeah, it's just been absolutely insane, heartbreaking.
00:54A lot of friends, at least three of my, four of my close friends,
00:57another one I found out about yesterday, all lost their homes.
01:00Yeah, it's just so devastating.
01:03And yeah, I mean, it's just mind-blowing.
01:07I mean, what else can you say?
01:08I know. I mean, has it been nice working with the O-Group again?
01:11Like, you guys kind of coming together a little bit.
01:13Yeah, almost every agent there, I think, is working for free to represent clients for rent,
01:18just wanting to help people.
01:20It's really hard to find stuff right now.
01:22And obviously now some of the sellers or the landlords are increasing the price on stuff.
01:28There's a price-gouging law that kind of limits increases to 10% during a disaster.
01:37So some people are going up 30%, 40%, 50%, which is really insane.
01:43It's just unethical and it's illegal,
01:45so we're trying to really represent and help people find good properties with good landlords.
