00:00Hello, I'm Andrew Cusack and we're here in the living room of Wadworth Hall near Doncaster.
00:08I moved into these premises 29 years ago just and we've had a wonderful happy time here renovating the property.
00:20This is the living room and one of our favourite rooms as well as the entrance hall which has got many original features
00:28of plasterwork and the fireplace that you can see behind me.
00:32The building was built by James Payne, quite a famous Georgian architect in the mid-1700s.
00:40He was most famous for Nostle Priory and the Mansion House at Doncaster.
00:46There's also plasterwork in here from a famous plasterworker of the time in the Georgian period called Joseph Rose
00:54and a lot of those features have survived and you can see them today walking around the house.
01:01The house is set out over three floors, one is the attic floor and then there's eight bedrooms currently set up on the first floor.
01:11There's many original features again in those areas.
01:15We've also got an interesting group of cellars, one includes a wine cellar.
01:20The property is now on the market as there's many adventures in life that I want to pursue.
01:27I've just recently retired from my business so now is a good time to let somebody else enjoy the property
01:36and carry on the work that we've done over the years.
