00:00Hi I'm Sophie May-Land-May-Lyn and here are today's headlines. It looks like it's
00:06coming home or hopefully it will be because after last night's win over
00:12Netherlands England are through to the Euros finals. There's not like
00:17leaving it to the deadline though as the last-minute goal to secure the win was
00:23scored in the 89th minute in the 59th second. Yes England are actually through
00:30to the Euro final this Sunday where they take on Spain. Whilst it was still a
00:37little bit wet yesterday at the Great Yorkshire Show there was no stopping
00:43people celebrating the best of food, farming and people here in Yorkshire.
00:49We've got the best photos which include visits from politicians and the
00:53Archbishop of York. We also look at an incredible grade 2 listed property that
01:01has an unusual heritage. Yes this four bedroom home dates back to the 1600s and
01:09has a claim to fame. The blue plaque on the wall celebrates Richard Bentley who
01:16was born in the property on Bentley Square in Alton just outside of Leeds. It
01:21was his maternal grandparents house. Mr. Bentley became one of England's
01:27greatest ever scholars thanks to his mother who gave her son his first
01:32lessons in Latin and to his education at grammar school in Wakefield which led to
01:37him winning a place as an undergraduate at St. John's College in Cambridge. He
01:43later gained an MA from the Oxford University and enjoyed many other
01:48academic accolades. Plans have also been revealed for a new development in Leeds
01:55city centre. We look at the plans behind Airpark. That's all for today's news have
02:03a great day.
