00:00We are in dire straits.

00:04For many days, our brothers and sisters have been strengthened and supported by terrorists

00:10and murderers.

00:11After the State of Israel did not fulfill its duty and the most basic alliance between

00:18the state and its citizens, when it did not protect them and did not prevent their kidnapping,

00:24I am strengthening the efforts of the Prime Minister and the Mossad in bringing a deal

00:31and I call on the members of the Cabinet and the Government of Israel to accept and approve

00:36the deal when it is approved in front of them and to return our sons and daughters home.

00:44Here it is a very, very tough decision.

00:47The Israeli Cabinet will have to accept it.

00:55But we have a commitment.

00:58We have a commitment for our brothers.

01:00We have a commitment for our sisters.

01:04We have done our utmost and we brought home the majority of the hostages.

01:12But 98% of them are still there.
