00:21First of all, fellow countrymen, our President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. wants to remove the programs of the DSWD from the Unprogrammed Appropriations next year.

01:12If we can remember, the DSWD bought 41.8 billion pesos of additional funds from the Unprogrammed Appropriations
01:20to be used in the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino program of 4Ps from August to December of 2025.
01:26The budget of the agency was also discussed under the 2025 General Appropriations Act.
01:32Meanwhile, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. also approved the DICT that gave priority to the Common Tower Program.

02:20DICT Secretary Ivan John Uy also assured that the DICT will continue to renew 15,715 free Wi-Fi access point sites worth 6 billion pesos.

02:40President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. also approved the DICT that gave priority to the 400-million-peso branding budget for the Department of Tourism.
02:49According to our President, this is to maintain the momentum,
02:53to continue the good start of Filipinos such as the Doppel Olympic gold medalist,
02:58Ginas Carlos Yulo, the voice US champion, Sofronio Vasquez, and healthcare workers in promoting the image of our country.
03:08At the meeting, you were invited to get the funds from the contingency fund of our President.
03:14And lastly, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. assured the support for the continued establishment of the Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines, the VIP.
03:23With the help of the Department of Science and Technology, the President mentioned that the project is important and that it is looking for a sufficient fund.
03:31According to DOST Secretary Renato Solidum Jr., the VIP is important, not only for the health of the people but also for the animals and plants.
03:40It needs 680 million pesos to support the VIP and the plans here such as the development of vaccines for humans, animals, and plants.
