00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. was accused of having a rogue physical copy of the arrest warrant of former President Rodrigo Duterte from the ICC.

00:08The arrest of the former president and the turnover in Interpol was made by Alvin Balthazar of Radio Pilipinas in Balitang Pambansa.

00:28In the Presidential Address of the Chief Executive, he said that there is a physical arrest warrant against the former president from the International Criminal Court that he received from DILG Secretary John V. Cremulia.

00:41They will review the arrest warrant to be the basis of the next step for the former president.

00:48From there, the plan was made to return to the arrest warrant until the former President Duterte was flown to The Hague in the Netherlands last night at 11 p.m.

02:10The Chief Executive also stated that the country has an obligation to the Interpol that needs to be done now that it will not help the Philippines to catch the Filipino criminals who are facing cases and hiding in other countries.

02:25Interpol asked for help and we obliged because we have commitments to the Interpol which we have to fulfill. If we don't do that, they will no longer help us with other cases involving Filipino fugitives abroad.
