00:00New stars of opportunities, get them deep into the opportunity basket that is ballooning larger day by day.
00:12We have opportunities now, right from sea blue economy to space economy.
00:19And that has to be your attention game.
00:24You have to look around, don't confine only to government jobs as a menu.
00:31Look beyond and you will find growth opportunities for you very attractive.
00:42I have no doubt that our youth will take note of the emerging opportunities.
00:49They are challenging.
00:51When it comes to technology, we are having a big change.
00:56Disruptive technologies is equivalent of another industrial revolution.
01:02But this challenge is your opportunity, make most of it.
01:07Your role extends beyond professional success.
01:12You can't limit yourselves to your success.
01:17You are citizens of a great nation, Bharat.
01:21You are the ambassadors of New India.
01:25Challenge distorted narratives and many are coming.
01:30Day in and day out we find narratives aimed at destroying our civilizational fabric,
01:38tempting our institutions, demining our constitutional offices.
01:45In such situations, you have to rise to the occasion with power of truth,
01:52power of ground realization which you have noticed.
01:57You have to meet them with the power and strength of accomplishments which you see all around.
02:05When I come to this part of the country and when you have a chief minister, Vishnu, Dev, Sai,
02:12the name encompasses all that possibly one can imagine, Vishnu and Dev both.
02:23He has had a long political journey.
02:26I was surprised when I noticed it a few months back.
02:30And that means he's fully geared to bring about the change.
02:37And mind you, when it comes to change, either we create the change we like
02:43or we are swept by the change that overtakes us.
02:48I'm sure he's in control of the change that this state wants.
02:53This state is blessed with mineral wealth.
02:58When I look around, iron ore of Bastar, coal of Korba, bauxite of Manipat, just to name a few.
03:08And these are live blood of India's industrial development today.
03:13Fifteen percent of India's steel requirements are made from your state.
03:21Some concerted efforts will be required to convert mineral wealth to highest levels of collective prosperity.
03:30We have noticed, boys and girls, wherever there is mineral wealth,
03:36we see rise of people, industries, billionaires.
03:42But a new facet has to be there, and that I put it as collective prosperity.
03:50It would be travesty if this wealth benefits only a handful,
03:56leaving out the vast majority of this state's citizens.
04:01The Honorable Chief Minister will have to focus to make it obligatory
04:06that there is collective prosperity and it is not confined to some individuals or corporates.
04:14Efficient management and allocation of collective wealth would require our utmost attention.
04:22There should be prosperity emanating from the actions of corporates,
04:27public sector undertakings that benefit from mineral wealth.
04:32The tribal welfare must be integrated as an important component of their functioning.
04:41Friends, nationalism remains our biggest hurdle to development, particularly to the tribal people.
04:49This affects lives adversely.
04:53I'm happy to note that serious efforts have been made in the country for the last few years.
04:58In your state also.
