00:00The Justice Department recommended the filing of 62 counts of money laundering charges

00:07to Dismissed Bamban Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo and 30 others.

00:11This is in accordance with the reasonable transactions involving the five companies

00:17assigned to Guo and has something to do with Pogo's operation in Bamban.

00:21According to the resolution of the DOJ panel,

00:24the money earned from illegal activities is transferred to the so-called companies.

00:31According to the DOJ, the amount of transactions that did not go through the banks

00:36will amount to around Php 1 billion.

00:39Aside from the cases, the DOJ panel also recommends the recovery of various vehicles,

00:45helicopters, and Pogo compounds and their titles.
