00:43immensely grateful for your tireless efforts to bring about meaningful reforms in the vital

00:49sector. Dreams was established with a dream to nurture the young minds and empowering

00:55the society as we celebrate our first convocation today. We mark a cherished milestone in the

01:01lives of our students in higher education. This occasion honors the academic achievements

01:06of our students, the hard work and dedication of our faculty members and the visionaries

01:12and leaders who led the foundation of Dreams University. This celebration reflects our

01:17university's commitment to fostering knowledge, innovation and values that contribute to the

01:23betterment of the society. Henceforth, you will step out to face the real-life challenges

01:29in our society, carry forward the values that we have imbibed here, maybe the integrity

01:35part of it or the curiosity or the compassion or the resilience that was taught to you at

01:41this place. Adding feather to the cap, this university boasts of the first one of the

01:50private rural medical colleges, Dreams Institute of Health Sciences and Hospital in eastern

01:56part of India which caters to more than 20 lakh of population. In addition to this, the

02:02Padmini Care Hospital renders many programs like free OPD services and Sankalp which is

02:09a free medicine distribution to support the well-being of the population. With these efforts,

02:14Dreams is not only shaping future healthcare professionals but also enhancing the health

02:20of the community. These will be your compass when you face the problems and determine the

02:26solutions to make life smooth in this planet. We appreciate, in fact we are indebted to

02:32the pillars of this institution. I along with all the members of Dreams Parivar congratulate

02:38Srimati Krishna Mohanty who has been bestowed upon with the university honorary PhD degree

02:45and the graduating students, also the gold medalists, their parents, faculty members and
