00:00Just making my way out of a bitterly cold stadium here in Wedding, where Burnley booked
00:04their spot in the fourth round of the FA Cup with a 3-1 win over the Ligue 1 side. It took
00:09a bit longer than expected and hoped in the first place, but yeah, a deserved victory
00:13for Scott Boggart's men. No complaints really from the home side. Despite making 11 changes,
00:19Burnley dominated the game, dominated possession, started the game really well. They should
00:23have really scored early on, but they finally got the breakthrough through Lyle Fost who
00:27played well out on the left. Howler early for Reading's equaliser came out of nowhere
00:32from Vasav Hagkli, who's in for James Trafford today. But Burnley didn't seem to let it affect
00:38them too much. They put on the likes of Zion Fleming in extra time. He got the two goals
00:43just to get the job done. On the less spotted, Mike Trezor as well made an appearance and
00:47brought some real quality too. It's interesting to see what his future holds now. But yeah,
00:52the two youngsters in midfield, Joe Barras and Ty McDermott, two really good showings on their
00:57first senior starts. Some returning players at Hal McDowell, lots of players who need minutes
01:03who played really well like Joe Worrell. So lots of positives to take and Burnley safely through
01:09after a slight scare, but yeah, deservedly through in the end.
