customer support, you take notes so they don't have to repeat themselves. And I tell you what, people hedge. They say, okay, wonderful, great. Well, sometimes the answer is not wonderful. Sometimes the answer is not great. If the guy's like, I've been married 50 years and I'm the happiest in the world, that's great. Married 50 years, okay, that's great. But if they're saying, I live on one, two, three main seat, that's great. No, it's not, it's crack infested. And someone just got shot yesterday. Then you move on because I've seen people open up rabbit holes by being excited for the worst or missing the tell sign of being positive on something. So watch that hedging. Hedging's terrible.
