00:00This is my personal view about this comment, it could have been definitely structured much
00:11better and I think the people of today realize that.
00:14I think it is often argued that typically founders or people who are in the position
00:20of creating something afresh or starting something from scratch, they have to probably put an
00:27inordinate amount of effort up front and their own work life possibly requires them to go
00:32the extra mile and which is why people who build companies from scratch or are labeled
00:38as founders, I think they have to be prepared, mentally prepared to go the extra mile.
00:43Having said that, it may not be feasible to expect the same from every single employee
00:47in that company.
00:48So, I think organizations need to create well-defined structures, organizations need to ensure that
00:54people who are working towards achieving the goal that that organization envisions to achieve,
01:00they have the right amount of tools, processes, accesses and clarity for them to be able to
01:07accomplish what they want to accomplish.
01:09Otherwise, it can become extremely difficult and confusing for people because they may
01:13not be prepared to give the number of hours that the founder may want or the chairman
01:18may want in this case.
01:19So, I think the onus is on the employer, the onus is on the organization to make sure that
01:25the right ecosystem is created for people to maximize their output and that does not
01:29necessarily mean for them to spend 90 hours.
01:32It means that you have adequate measures available to maximize your output.
