00:00I don't know if you can see it, but I'm going to play a little bit of a song for you.
00:30Come around, you know I can't stay.
00:36Every time the sun goes down, I let you take control.
00:44I can feel the paradise before my wounded soul.
00:51Tonight I'm sorry.
00:55Oh, my bad habits lead to less than I am standing alone.
01:01From a season to the same winter I've been alone.
01:05Soon this will be the last time I'm calling you home.
01:09I've got nothing left to lose or use or do.
01:13My bad habits lead to better things than I'm standing alone.
01:16I've got nothing left to lose or use or do.
01:19My bad habits lead to better things than I'm standing alone.
01:23Soon this will be the last time I'm calling you home.
01:27I've got nothing left to lose or use or do.
01:30My bad habits lead to better things than I'm standing alone.
01:34Soon this will be the last time I'm calling you home.
01:38I've got nothing left to lose or use or do.
01:41My bad habits lead to better things than I'm standing alone.
01:45Soon this will be the last time I'm calling you home.
01:49I've got nothing left to lose or use or do.
01:52My bad habits lead to better things than I'm standing alone.
02:16Wow!
02:29OK, can everyone take another big deep breath?
02:33Another big deep breath.
02:36You can actually plug into it.
02:38OK, let's go.
02:42It started out to be alright and then it all got me wrong.
02:49I don't believe in love.
02:55My bad habits lead to better things than I'm standing alone.
02:59I've got nothing left to lose or use or do.
03:02Soon this will be the last time I'm calling you home.
03:06I've got nothing left to lose or use or do.
03:09My bad habits lead to better things than I'm standing alone.
03:36There's so many jobs in the world.
03:38There's so many jobs.
03:39You can give me any interest that you have.
03:41You just have to work really hard for it.
03:43The thing that I did was I picked people that I admired
03:46and I looked at their work schedules and their touring
03:49and I was like, I'm going to make sure I work harder than them
03:51because they obviously got disappointed by working that hard.
03:53If they're doing 200 shows a year, I'm going to do 300 shows a year
03:56and make sure that I can at least outwork them.
03:59If I can't outdo them in success, I'll outwork them
04:03and then it's all worth it.
04:11Instruments up! Instruments up!
04:15That is perfect. Hands in the air.
04:19I wanted to come up to Scotland because there's been so much fantastic talent
04:33that I've either toured with over the years or worked with over the years
04:37that comes from Scotland and I feel like arts is important everywhere
04:41and not just in major cities in England or major cities in America
04:47and I loved coming here today.
04:49It's so exciting what Tinderbox are doing with the libraries
04:52and seeing all generations of kids getting into it and playing all instruments
04:56not just rock and pop instruments and not just classical instruments.
04:59Everything's fusing together and I think that music is a universal thing.
05:04It's not like this side do this or this side do this.
05:06It's seeing everyone come together, find one talent that they can shine in
05:11and shine as one. It's really cool and I love being back in Scotland.
