00:00Obviously you'll have seen Neil Critchley's teams twice now, what do you think are the key lessons for him?
00:04He would want them to be more creative in the final third, I think he made substitutions
00:09and I felt that put hearts on the back foot a bit, he'd scored not long after that so
00:14so far the signs have been very good, I've been hugely impressed by him, hugely impressed in
00:20terms of the way his team has played, I've been impressed with most of the decisions that he's
00:25made, the vast majority of the decisions that he's made, I think they've all been logical, they've all
00:29made sense and he understands hearts, I think that's an important thing, you've heard that the
00:34way he's spoken early on about the need for hearts at home in particular, the two Tentcastle games
00:39against St Marne and Bermonia, to be on the front foot, pressing opponents back, being aggressive,
00:45getting in their faces, getting after opponents, that is the way that hearts have to play, I think
00:49Tentcastle's been set up, you know, has always been that kind of place and if you're a hearts team
00:53and you're not playing to those kind of strengths then, one, I think you'll struggle and two,
00:58supporters will soon let you know, that's not acceptable.
