00:00You have been honoured with the 84th Bharat Samyama. What is your reaction to this?
00:11Look, I am a Samyasi and I am associated with an organisation.
00:16You know that there is Bharat Samyama Sangh in Puri as well as in Bhubaneswar.
00:21So, the work of this ashram is to serve the people, to promote Indian culture and religion.
00:30We always try to save our language, our culture and our religion.
00:37We do work outside, but our country is not safe.
00:44This country is not organised. This country will not be able to survive on its own.
00:48So, we will not be able to stay safe outside.
00:50So, this is a great honour for us.
00:55The recognition we have received from the people of India is a great honour for the work of this ashram.
01:08You have been honoured with the 84th Bharat Samyama.
01:13You are working for the government.
01:16What is your reaction to this?
01:19Look, India has progressed a lot in terms of women's empowerment.
01:26But we want to progress even further.
01:30And for women's empowerment to progress further, we need men as well.
01:36Not just women, but men also need to increase women's empowerment.
01:40This is our work.
01:41We are surgeons.
01:44We serve the women who are suffering for free, all over the world.
01:49Australia, Africa, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Fiji.
01:56When the President honours us, he honours all the women in the world.
02:06We want to increase the strength of women.
02:10And we want to reduce the number of women who are getting injured.
02:24You have been awarded by the President of India.
02:27We are very proud of you.
02:31Thank you very much.
02:33I am Dr. Anwar.

02:41I have been working for 45 years.
02:43This award is given to me for medical services, community services,
02:47helping the community in need,
02:50for creating an education facility in Saudi Arabia,
02:54and also strengthening the ties between India and Saudi Arabia.
02:58One of my prominent work has been to create awareness
03:03of the Indian system of medicine in Saudi Arabia.
03:06And we hope that those Indian systems of medicine get recognised in Saudi Arabia.
03:11And it will be very helpful.

03:57It should go faster than this,
03:59under the good leadership of the government.
04:03And our embassies are working very hard also.
04:06It is their cooperation which has helped me to do all these things.
