01:26fake applications have been given in our name.

01:3189 people have applied for 5,500 applications.

01:35Out of those 89, 18 people came to the Election Commission.

01:3818 out of 18 people said that we have not given the application.

01:42This means that on a very large scale, a scam is going on.

01:50from 15th December to tomorrow,

01:53to make 13,000 new votes,

01:56there is an assembly of 100,000 votes.

02:00Out of that, where did 13,000 new people come from?

02:03Where did they come from in the last 15 days?

02:05In the last 15 days,

02:06there has been an application to make 13,000 new votes.

02:09Obviously, they have come from UP and Bihar,

02:12from states around UP,

02:14to make fake votes.

02:16We told them that on a large scale,

02:19additions and deletions are taking place.

02:21So, if 23,000 of them and 5,500 of them,

02:2418.5% of the votes are taken from some assembly,

02:28then it is not an election.

02:36that in the New Delhi Assembly,

03:46that the local election officials

03:48of the New Delhi Assembly,

03:50have completely surrendered in front of the BJP.

03:53They are facilitating all their BJP's wrongdoings.

04:02these practices will not be allowed.

04:05And strict action will be taken.

04:13the election commission will take strict action on this.
