00:00This morning I'm saying that the Foreign Office must play its part to deal down on the illegal
00:06migration and the gangs that are being used in our country. That's why we're introducing a new
00:14sanctions designation to deal with these organised criminals, to freeze their bank accounts,
00:20to issue travel bans, to freeze their assets. Those that use supply chains, value chains,
00:29that create the illegal migration, we're going to go after them just as we've gone after oligarchs
00:34and kleptocrats in the past. Think about those boats. Think about those engines. Think about
00:39the way the boats are put together. Think about the manufacturers. Think about the storage.
00:44We can freeze their assets. We can go after those assets. We can issue travel bans,
00:50all of it to disrupt the market. And yes, this is the first time we're doing it here in the UK,
00:56but we suspect our European friends will follow us, our American friends might join us. And that's
01:02how you go after the enablers of these gangs and choke off that market, choke off the funds.
