00:30Today, these interactions with the fintech ecosystem partners has been organized primarily
00:49to hear and listen the fintechs to discuss the issues and challenges.
00:53So almost 55 fintech companies and 5 fintech associations have attended.
00:59Besides that, we have with us RBI and PCI and few of the concerned ministries departments
01:05such as MITEI and Department of Revenue.
01:09Some of the very valuable suggestions have been put forward by members of the fintech
01:13companies.
01:14They talked about digital footprint based lending to MSME, creation of a negative registry
01:21of merchants and they also talked about having a joint consultation of fintech with banks
01:29and other partners to create a common understanding about lending to the untapped populations
01:42of the country.
01:43So some of those suggestions, we do require greater consultation with other concerned
01:49ministries departments and of course with the regulator.
01:52In the times to come, we will have similar such kind of interactions where we will think
02:01to have consultations separately in a smaller group, maybe insure tech, rack tech.
02:09So going forward, we will have definitely some fruitful consultations.
