01:01Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji by approving in the cabinet to
01:07erect a Samadhi at Rashtriya Smriti in New Delhi. Modi ji has expressed his
01:16statemanship by recognizing by the contributions made by people from
01:22different political parties, different walks of life. The Congress party as we
01:26know constantly ignored their own leaders who had really sacrificed their
01:32entire life for benefit of the party as well as you know the government of the
01:37people of India. When we see Mr. Narsimha Rao and Mr. Pranam Mukherjee both who
01:43are stalwarts in the Congress party without them the Congress party would
01:48have would have really broken into pieces but after the death they could
01:53not even recognize their own party leaders just to highlight you know the
01:58Gandhi family and by making you know belittling with the Pranam Mukherjee's
02:03contribution as well as Narsimha Rao's contribution. When we see Narendra Modi's
02:07you know the gesture that the people from different parts of walks of life
02:14also whether it is Bharat Ratna or Kail Ratna or Padma Vimushan or Padma Shri
02:19also the contributions made by different people in different walks of
02:23life have been awarded and rewarded so that the next generation will get
02:29motivation of the contributions they made for the benefit of this country. As
02:34far as Narsimha Rao and as far as Pranam Mukherjee is concerned the government of
02:38India under the leadership of Modi has awarded rewarded Bharat Ratna also and
02:44this is the slap on the face of the Congress party. The Congress party has to
02:49answer now.
02:50Sir, the Union government had earlier allocated a space for P.V. Narsimha Rao ji also.
02:55They have also announced a place for Manmohan Singh ji.
02:59However, we saw how the politics had turned out during his demise, during Manmohan Singh ji's demise
03:04and the Congress made it political that the place was not allocated earlier itself.
03:08So now that the Union government has given space for the former president also,
03:13how do you see this whole context of the Congress?
03:15See, the government of India is very clear. Irrespective of political affiliations also,
03:20the people, the presidents, the former presidents and the former prime ministers,
03:25one place has been just allotted in the Grass Trees Mythic Complex
03:32where after the demise of the political leaders, of the great leaders,
03:37a memorial should be built because definitely even though it belonged to other
03:42political parties also, their contribution has to be known to the public
03:45and to the future generation.
03:47So this is the greatest gesture.
03:49Earlier we have seen in the Congress government,
03:51it's only T. Murthy Bhavan where Jawaharlal Nehru's inscriptions
03:55and his lifestyle has been given in that.
03:59But after Modi ji has come into power, as he became prime minister,
04:03Pradhan Mantri Sangralaya, where all the prime ministers,
04:08their contributions and their wax statue also has been just installed
04:14so that people from other people, the new generation will know
04:18what they have done for the country.
04:21When we see the Pradhan Mantri Sangralaya in Delhi, we get inspired.
04:26Though they don't have any political background,
04:29but they have become the prime ministers of this country
04:32which motivates the younger generation to come into politics
04:35and do a good thing in that.
04:37But the Congress party always wanted to make a hue and cry
04:42and then wanted to make some kind of political gimmick
04:45so that they always come into the limelight.
04:48As far as Manmohan Singh's death and after death,
04:51the events concerned about the memorial,
04:53it's nothing but to please the Sikh community in Delhi
04:58because the assembly elections are coming.
