00:16Not long ago, NBI and NCR officers spotted their target tugboat at Pier 4 in Navotas.

00:23When the authorities got closer and tied their tugboat to the ship's deck, a man suddenly jumped from above.

00:34Three men were arrested by the NBI for stealing a so-called tugboat.

00:39According to the NBI, on December 17 of last year, some men forcibly left the tugboat while it was in Suwal, Pangasinan.

00:47The robbers were arrested on January 3.

00:50The NBI obtained the information that the robbers stole a tugboat in Navotas.

00:57The operatives were sighted that the MSL Prosper was at the fish port of Navotas.
