01:37Department of Trade and Industry, DILG, Investigation, and Internal Revenue Bureau.

01:43Clearly, it's a price act or it's a profiteering angle.

01:48So, whatever the consequences of profiteering, we will use that.

01:57Some businessmen are favoring this, but

01:59the rice should be cheap.

02:03Because, look, when we were lowered, we were also lowered.

02:10Php 36 of rice or solid rice can now be bought in more than one store this week.

02:17The sale of solid rice started in two stores in Metro Manila last week.
