00:25According to the Manila LGU, not less than 6 million people are expected to be able to visit this place.

00:31This is the first time that the feast of Jesus of Nazarene is a national feast,

00:36where every parish in the country is celebrating it.

00:39Even though this is a national celebration, we are still hoping for the devotees to be able to go to Quiapo.

00:47So even though we are looking for and we are happy that those who cannot go to Quiapo will have a local celebration,

00:55we are still preparing for the devotees to go.

01:00The Church of Quiapo is calling on the devotees to be holy, safe, and properly worship the feast of Jesus of Nazarene.

01:08Both routes will undergo translation this year, just like before the COVID-19 pandemic.

01:14According to the Church, the wait for the real parts of the route will be prohibited until the feast is over.

01:20The roads that are connected to the route will be opened after the translation and cleaning.

01:28This year, there will be a change in the design of the feast to avoid the worship of the devotees in front of this part.

01:35They placed a glass panel on the upper part of the enclosure of the image

01:38so that the light can still enter and people can still see.

01:41They also placed an exhaust fan and ventilation system to avoid the moisture that happened last year.

01:48The Church will remind people to avoid going back to the Kerinogran stand and to take care of sanitizing.

01:55We will continue to carry out hand washing, sanitizing, and if possible, using face masks.

02:07That is what we are still implementing.

02:10In total, 14,000 security personnel were deployed for the activity,

02:15including the police and people from the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

02:19The Ganban of the Manila Police District will be implemented from January 8, Wednesday,

02:23which will last until January 11.

02:25This is a week-long activity. There are already a lot of activities, especially in the Mechapo area.

02:31We have a so-called skeletal deployment, but come January 8 in the evening,
