00:32This is still due to the increasing shear line or the cold northeast monsoon
00:37or Hanging Amihan, and the hot Easter Leaves.
00:41Because of the meeting of the two weather systems,
00:44it causes rain or isolated case of thunderstorms.
00:48Bicol is also affected by this, where the place was flooded
00:52because of the continuous rain.

01:04While the other parts of Visayas and Mindanao are overall in a better condition.
01:10The possibility of the northern part of Luzon being rained on
