00:20It is a big place in our country where the sky will be cloudy and there is a big chance of rain, sir Ivan.

00:26Especially in Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.

00:30In particular, the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao, as well as some parts of the Bicol region.

00:40because of the intertropical convergence zone or ITCZ.

00:44There is also a big chance of rain on the parts of Cagayan, Batanes, and Apayaw because of the shear line.

01:43That's the area of Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon.

01:51we expect that there will be a large chance of rain on Thursday until the weekend.

01:55So it's possible that here in Manila, when Thursday comes towards the weekend, the sky will be cloudy, sir Ivan.

02:01Is there a formation? Are we seeing bad weather outside the PAR that could be a good storm in 2025?

02:10So the good news for now is that we are not yet monitoring low-pressure areas, sir Ivan,

02:15inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
