00:00Team of Gary Vee released a public apology and refund process after the first day of Gary Vee's concert was cut short due to health issues.
00:12We would like to apologize to all who attended day 1 of Gary Vee Pure Energy One More Time held on December 20 at Arnetta Coliseum.
00:21That was the start of the public apology of Manila Genesis, the production company that handled Gary Vee's recent concert.
00:30They added, quote-unquote,
00:40According to the production company, this was the first time that the singer had to cut his concert and they didn't expect it.
00:48What happened was that they had to prioritize the singer's health.
00:53They also understand and respect the fans and audience who were disappointed with the concert because it didn't meet their expectations.
01:02Because of this, they assured the fans that they can request a partial refund if they think that they didn't get the value that they should have gotten from the concert that they paid for.
01:15Remember, on December 20, Gary Vee's concert had to be finished earlier due to severe dehydration.
01:23According to Gary's wife, Anjali, someone ate the singer and his condition was serious.
01:29But even so, Gary continued the concert while the doctors were on standby backstage.
