00:00We're here at Port Ferry with the Dwyer brothers ahead of Warrnambool Under-17 Country Week next week.
00:05Can you tell us a little bit about yourselves?
00:07So I'm Bailey, I'm 17 and I'm a pace bowler and a topwater bat.
00:12I'm Aidan, I'm a leg spinner and usually a topwater bat, but at Country Week I probably won't.
00:21And you get to play together at Country Week, how special is that?
00:24Yeah, it's pretty good.
00:26Good achievement?
00:27Yeah.
00:28Good for your plans.
00:29Yeah.
00:30And at a higher level as well.
00:32You played a bit of club cricket together, how's that been?
00:35It's been pretty good, yeah.
00:37Just good to have someone who knows real well out there.
00:43And it's pretty good to be sibling every single week.
00:46Yep.
00:48And can you tell us a bit about each other's games?
00:51Oh, Bailey's an aggressive bat when he bats.
00:54Gets pretty fired up when he's bowling, doesn't take any wickets.
00:57But yeah, all around he's a good player.
01:00Good to be on a team with.
01:02Yeah, Aidan's a batter who really takes his time getting himself in.
01:08Won't play any silly shots, just tips it around.
01:12And then with his bowling, he just turns the miles.
01:17And your dad, Steve, played a lot of cricket here at Port Ferry.
01:20What's he taught you guys?
01:23All the basics.
01:25And yeah, talks about himself a lot at home.
01:27How good of a bat he was.
01:29Yeah.
