00:08At the moment, we are monitoring a typhoon outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:14This is the former Seromina in the Tropical Depression category.

00:19But even if we monitor it, it has no direct effect on any part of our country

00:25and our landmass will continue to drift away.

00:29At the moment, it is a shear line.

00:32This is the collision of cold wind from the northeast and hot wind from the east.

00:38At the moment, this is affecting Central and Southern Luzon.

00:43Meanwhile, the ITCZ or Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting the eastern part of Mindanao.

06:44For the major cities of Visayas, Metro Cebu and Iloilo City,

06:49Friday to Sunday, chances of localized thunderstorms and fair weather conditions are continuous.

07:06The highest temperature in Metro Cebu in the next three days is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius,
