00:07But some doctors have a problem with this.

00:16Effective immediately, the Department of Health ordered that the senior citizen doesn't need to present a booklet

00:22to get a 20% discount on the medicines they will buy.

00:25This is part of the administrative order that was passed by Health Secretary Ted Herbosa.

00:30They just need to present in the boutique, the prescription and any government ID with the date of birth.

00:36In the prescription that will be written by the pharmacist, how many medicines were bought in the prescription of the doctor.

00:41Secretary Herbosa asked our lawyers,

00:45does the senior citizen's booklet have a requirement in the so-called statutory loan?
