Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère is situated in a curve of the river Vézère. It is a small village with houses built of regional stone, connected by narrow, winding lanes and alleys. It is remarkable for a village of this type and in this location that Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère has not been excessively renovated – rather sympathetically restored.
