00:00Merry Christmas and welcome to Coffee Catch-Up. Let's have a look at what the team's put out on
00:03the website the weekend before Christmas, shall we? Firstly, Patrick's done a very useful piece
00:07on bin collections. If you're anything like me, you'll have bins piled high with food packaging
00:11and empty wine bottles by the end of Christmas, so much so that bin day almost feels like another
00:15celebration. With that in mind, here's what you need to know. There are no changes planned for
00:20the Monday or Tuesday collections, however Wednesday collections will be moved to Friday
00:24the 27th and Thursday the 2nd of January. Thursday collections will move to Saturday,
00:28December 28th and Friday the 3rd of January, while Friday collections will move to Sunday,
00:32December 29th and Saturday, January 4th. Patrick's also done a piece with Dwayne Fletcher, an advisor
00:37for Help for Heroes, who's appealed to all veterans to reach out if they're struggling
00:41or lonely over the Christmas period. Asking for help can be the hardest thing in the world to do,
00:45but in this city there are so many groups and charities that can help, please don't be ashamed
00:49to ask. Finally, if you're a keen football fan, Rich has done a great piece on Ruben Ameroom's
00:54decision to drop Marcus Rashford from the squad for Manchester United's last few games.
00:58It's a great piece and well worth a look.
