00:00I'm going to show you what it looks like when I put it down here for people who haven't
00:10done it before.
00:11The cakes and the bags come out at the same time.
00:12Some of the bags will go on let and some will go on top and I'll tell you that.
00:13But when you collect them in the case, you need to match up the numbers so they all go
00:14on the bags at the same time.
00:15In the whole of the United Kingdom, I can tell you, and it's thanks also to all the
00:38staff who are here.
00:39Let me thank all the volunteers who are here today, all these people who have given donations,
00:48all those who are funding this, all those who are delivering, all the people that have
00:52given the vans.
00:53Fife works best when it works together and this is Fife working at its best.
00:57We should be really proud of everything that the cottage is doing.
01:01You know, 14 years ago, we were helping 100 kids and we were basically giving them toys.
01:07Now, in 2024, it's 1,900 and more kids that we're helping today and we're giving them
01:13not just toys, but we're giving the family food and clothing and other things that are
01:16basic for Christmas.
01:18And you know the big message, there are kids that would never have a Christmas if we weren't
01:22helping them today.
01:23Christmas would be cancelled unless we can do something to help them.
01:27And we're really sending out this message every time you knock on the door, every time
01:31you talk to someone, you're really saying someone cares for you.
01:35Someone really thinks that you're important enough that we're going to give you a Christmas
01:39present and we're going to help you over the course of the year.
01:42So thank you very much for what you're doing.
01:45Thank you for doing this today.
