01:26Because this week, I saw that different ministers have been repeatedly saying

01:32If not on Friday, then on Thursday night.

01:34Till the return of the Prime Minister, the committee will be formed.

01:37But that committee has not been formed.

01:45be it the ministers, be it the Prime Minister,

01:48be it the Chief Minister, be it the President,

01:51we will request them to form a committee.

01:53Once the committee is formed, the day the dialogue starts,

01:57The Speaker has been in contact with the Prime Minister today.

02:00So, I have an idea that some progress will be made in a day or two.

02:05I am expecting the formation of the committee tomorrow,

02:08otherwise, by the end of this week, it is expected that the committee will be formed on our behalf.

02:15The issue is not just about the formation of the committee.

02:18There is also a debate about who will do it first.

02:20If the committee is formed, will the opposition reach out to the government,

02:24or should the government reach out?

02:26In this regard, what does the Speaker's National Assembly say?
