How do you feel about the current state of the NHS and what changes to you think are needed as we head towards 2025?

00:00Different areas pay different things, different amounts for the same things.
00:03Have a national purchasing area and then you just say I want these syringes and they all pay the same price.
00:09But the amount of middle management that do nothing is unbelievable.
00:12It could be easily, it needs a total, total revamp.
00:16There has been an increase in funding in the recent budget but the NHS is still saying that it's not enough.
00:20There needs to be a more increased funding in things like waiting times
00:24and more hospitals that could be built in more areas because people are making
00:28a three-hour commute to the nearest hospital and then waiting six hours for a CT scan.
00:33And there also needs to be a bigger push towards people going into the medical field
00:39because there's just such a lack at the moment for motivation in the medical field.
00:43Obviously everyone wishes it could be better.
00:45Free healthcare is amazing and I would love, I want to keep free healthcare.
00:49I would never say anything bad about that and think all the nurses and doctors do their best.
00:53But I think it can be quite difficult and sometimes problems can be ignored
00:57if they're not like super like imminent.
