Perusahaan otomotif, Honda Motor dan Nissan Motor dikabarkan berniat menggabungkan usaha alias merger. Hal ini dilakukan agar perusahaan semakin kompetitif dalam persaingan mobil listrik (electric vehicle/EV).

Dikutip dari Forbes, Rabu (18/12/2024), kedua belah pihak tengah memulai pembicaraan merger. Negosiasi tersebut juga memasukkan Mitsubishi Motors bila kesepakatan tercapai mengingat Nissan merupakan pemegang saham terbesar Mitsubishi dengan porsi 24 persen.
