00:07approved the implementation of the Ilocos Norte Ilocos Sur Abra Irrigation Project or INIS AAP
00:15and the Accelerated Bridge Construction Project for Greater Economic Mobility and Calamity Response or ABC Project.
00:22The chief executive ordered the urgent implementation of the 37.5 billion pesos INIS AAP project
00:29noting that it was long overdue and had been presented for approval in several meetings from 2018 to 2024.
00:37Meanwhile, the ABC project involves the construction of seven bridges and viaducts to address traffic congestion in priority areas
00:44along with 22 calamity response bridges to serve as alternate access routes during calamities.
