00:29over the last four years in England. Scotland has yet to follow suit so I've come down here

00:38to try one of these electric scooters on the city's roads.

01:08Scooters seem pretty stable, they just take a little bit of getting used to with the balance

01:17but they've got an incredible acceleration you just have to be careful of. Maximum speed is 15

01:25and a half miles an hour but there are some parts which share with pedestrians where scooters

01:32automatically slow down and there's some areas of the city and parks where you can't scoot at all.
