Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's house was visited by police once again ... this time over a simple parking dispute -- TMZ has learned.

00:08Police were back at Kim and Kroy's house on Sunday.
00:11I mean, yeah, their police punch card is definitely almost full.

00:26in the driveway and Kroy showed up and he's basically accusing Kim of taking marital

00:31So he blocked the driveway with his car, making sure the movers couldn't get out.

00:38Michelle's having to call the non-emergency number because Kroy won't move his car and
00:42they can no longer load anything because he's not letting the guys load anything.
00:46That's not the way they should do this.
00:47The cops should refuse to go.
00:49They should just call a tow truck and tow his car and say, you got 10 minutes.
