00:00Provident Fund is a fund that is a part of your earnings, but after retirement, you get it as a large amount.

00:09The government has made a big announcement about this provident fund, which will prove to be very beneficial for you.

00:15According to the rules of the Employee Provident Fund, the employee has to deposit 12% of his basic salary in the fund every month.

00:24The employer deposits the same amount as this amount and gets an annual interest on the amount deposited in the EPF account.

00:32And the employee can withdraw the total amount deposited in his EPF during retirement.

01:00To prepare the roadmap for this, the Ministry of Labour and Employment will soon discuss with the regulators of the banking sector, i.e. RBI and several major banks in the country.

01:36Before allowing the ATM to withdraw the amount deposited in the Provident Fund, the government will improve the digital infrastructure of EPFO and only after that the scheme will be launched.

01:48To withdraw money from the Provident Fund, the approval process will be automated and the interference of the EPFO office will be reduced.

01:57The ministry has not yet fixed the limit to withdraw the money from the Provident Fund, but it is decided that the limit to withdraw money from the ATM will be fixed.

02:06The government is also considering linking the digital wallet with EPFO, in which the processed claim amount will be added and it will be withdrawn.

02:15However, no decision has yet been taken on this and RBI's advice will be taken on this.

02:21The central government has made a big announcement regarding the Provident Fund, which will give the option to withdraw all PF accounts or account holders from the ATM.

02:33This means that now you will not have to wait to withdraw your PF money, you will not have to wander around, you will not have to go to the EPFO office again and again.
