00:00After more than a decade, a man returned to prison in Quezon City. The suspect accused his former partner of defense.

00:16Just last September, a 33-year-old man returned to prison after being accused by his former partner.

00:24Based on the investigation by the police, the suspect went to the victim's house in Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City.

00:30He called the victim's cell phone and asked where he was.

00:37The victim verified it and looked outside the house.

00:41The complainant saw that he was holding a gun in his left hand.

00:47The victim asked for help from his neighbor, the police, who was off-duty at the time.

00:52The suspect was arrested and his one gun replica was confiscated.

00:55The former couple met at the police station.

00:58The motive of this case is that the suspect cannot accept that his former partner has a wife.

01:11The suspect was in prison for 14 years for the robbery with homicide case.

01:15He admitted that he had an affair with his former partner.

01:18I planned to go to him at that time. I just wanted to see him.
