00:31the 24th Summit of Albatizepi of Heads of State on Government.

00:39met, foreign ministers have met, the social movements, a key and important pillar of Albatizepi
00:46met all ahead of this paramount summit, which also comes in the context of the 20th anniversary
00:52of the Bolivarian Alliance, the alliance that was founded all the way back 20 years
00:58ago by Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez with the aim of being the counterpart of what was then
01:07being promoted by the United States, which was free trade agreements, which would be
01:11completely in deterrence to the people of Latin America and the Caribbean.
01:16That's when Chavez had this idea and later on was implemented with, alongside with Fidel
01:24and was able to don, because Alba in Spanish means don, as a new don, as he said back then,
01:31to bring more prosperity, joint prosperity for the well-being of the people of Latin
01:36America and the Caribbean.
