00:00Been enjoying these first three weeks and just getting back into it and sort of using the
00:05foundation that I built last year to build on and yeah just ripping with the lads and it's
00:11been good to be back in full training again. It's nice to feel like a full-time player.
00:17Yeah definitely yeah and just be involved in everything and not have to sit out many drills
00:22and things like that so it's been good to just be back in around the boys and
00:27and yeah ripping into pre-season. And you're obviously in pretty good shape,
00:31I think you've put a few kilos on since you last played. Yeah put a little bit of weight on
00:35and got fitter as well obviously in the year off that's all I could sort of do so
00:40use that to my advantage and now it's about nailing the rugby and
00:45building back the contact and that sort of thing so yeah it's been good.
00:50And we've got a game coming up in a couple of weeks, Boxing Day against Wakefield here at
00:54Headingley, could we see you running out in that one? Yeah definitely that's the target. I'm all fit
00:59and doing everything in training so that should be hopefully the first game back. And it'll be
01:05exciting obviously to finally have a game to look forward to. Yeah obviously it's been February last
01:10year since I last played so it's jumping at the bit to get a game and get back flowing with the
01:17rugby.
