Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin says North Korea, Russia relationship 'concerning'

Outgoing US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin says the relationship between North Korea and Russia is "concerning" as he visits an air base in Japan on what will likely be his last official Asia-Pacific trip.

"We know that this is transactional. So as the DPRK provides munitions and weapons to Russia, we expect that Russia will reciprocate in some shape, form or fashion," Austin, who is on his 13th trip to Asia as defence secretary, tells reporters at Yokota Air Base.
