00:00Two suspects in the theft of a motorcycle in Rizal have been arrested.
00:04The two are all-confessing, even though their faces have been captured on CCTV.

00:14It was clearly seen on CCTV that one of the two stolen motorcycles was stolen
00:19and then left behind the one that did not start
00:23in the middle of the Sumulong Highway.
00:25These two just drove on the road
00:27and parked on the side.
00:29According to Rizal Provincial Police District Director Police Colonel Felipe Maragon,
00:34the victim posted on social media and asked for help from the authorities
00:38if they were able to catch the two of the three thieves.
00:41It was seen on Ortigas Extension that the two suspects were using
00:47and that's where the two suspects were arrested.
00:55But the accused turned around and said that they were just passing by
00:59because the motorcycle was a friend of a friend.
01:10The suspects added that they were the ones who gave up
01:14to clear their name.
01:16The suspects are all-confessing, even though their faces have been captured on CCTV.

01:24that the two suspects were facing a violation of the Anti-Carnapping Act
