00:00All right, this is by far the oddest coming out for a couple
00:06that I think I've ever seen in celebritydom.
00:10But that's what happened with Joe Burrow.
00:13Now, Joe Burrow is the quarterback of the Bengals
00:17and normally a very private guy.
00:18But he was just the victim of something
00:21that's happened to a couple of other NFL stars.
00:24And even the FBI has warned about what's going on here,
00:28that there's a burglary ring.
00:29Yeah, we've seen it happen to Travis Kelsey Charles,
00:31to Patrick Mahomes.
00:32These guys, they go and they play in these highly
00:34publicized football games.
00:36A burglar knows they're not going to be home
00:38and the house get hit.
00:40Right, and Joe Burrow, the latest victim of that.
00:43But how his girlfriend comes into this,
00:47or we suspect girlfriend.
00:49Or maybe employee, yeah.
00:51Or maybe employee.
00:52It's all very bizarre.
00:53But the 911 call is what tipped people off to Olivia Ponton.
00:59Who is an SI swimsuit model.
01:02But listen to this 911 call.
01:05You're gonna hear Olivia's mom at first
01:07and we'll explain all that.
01:08But here is the call.
01:09Someone is trying to break into the house right now.
01:11My daughter is there.
01:12This is Joe Burrow's house.
01:14She is staying there.
01:15She's at the football game.
01:16She's wondering what she should do.
01:18If she should be hiding or if she should be going outside.
01:21Is that someone trying to break in?
01:23Yes, she says someone was in the house.
01:25Can you give us a location of your location?
01:27Someone broke into my house.
01:29It's like completely messed up.
01:32First, the mom says she's staying there.
01:34Right.
01:35And you go like, well, wait, if that's his girlfriend,
01:38why wouldn't she have been at the game?
01:40Right.
01:41As we said, Joe Burrow is normally a very private guy
01:44and has never come out and said,
01:46like he and Olivia have never said, oh, we're dating.
01:48They had like one or two occasions, Charles,
01:51been linked together in the past.
01:53The game was in Dallas, so it wasn't a home game.
01:57So perhaps she wouldn't have traveled.
01:59But you heard her, you heard Olivia on the call then say,
02:02I live here, this is my house, something to that effect.
02:04Also in the police report,
02:06they asked her to give an itemized list
02:10of what she believes to be stolen.
02:12And she clearly had enough knowledge
02:13of what was in the bedroom
02:15to give them some kind of understanding.
02:17To her credit or to be fair to her,
02:19the documents do say Ms. Ponton is employed by Mr. Burrow.
02:23I know you guys kind of made reference to that
02:25in the beginning.
02:25There is no reference of this is my girlfriend
02:28or this is my boyfriend, but again, my house
02:31and is able to identify items in the house.
02:34It certainly suggests that this is much more
02:36than maybe a house sitting,
02:37especially when you consider it's in Cincinnati.
02:39Right.
02:39And she said, one, she said, my house.
02:42Right.
02:43Olivia Ponton, I doubt, is Joe Burrow's assistant.
02:47Right, she's a Victoria's Secret
02:48and a Sports Illustrated model.
02:50She's unbelievably gorgeous.
02:52I don't think she's like walking
02:56Actually, Ed, what's interesting here.
02:58So they did break into the house.
03:00Does the police report say,
03:01was she in like a safe room or something or?
03:04So the police report says Olivia actually got onto the scene
03:07and noticed that the window was shattered
03:09and then saw the bedroom ransacked.
03:11And then she called her mom instead of 911
03:13and asked, what should I do?
03:14And that's why you hear in that 911 audio,
03:16mom's like, should I tell her to get out?
03:17Should I go in?
03:18And eventually Olivia gets on the horn with police
03:20and police are able to kind of tell her what to do.
03:23But no, we don't know what was missing.
03:24We don't know where she was really in the lead up to it
03:26or what she did after it.
03:27So she wasn't actually in the house.
03:30From the police report, it does not appear that way, yes.
03:32But it appears she got there
03:33and was worried there was somebody still in the house
03:35and that's where it all unfolded.
03:37Hi, I'm Cole Crawford out in Phoenix, Arizona.
03:40All I've really got to add to this is,
03:42man, it must be great to be Joe Burrow.
03:44Goes out there, throws for almost 300, 400 yards,
03:47three touchdowns.
03:48And then after that we find out
03:50he's probably dating a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model.
03:54Makes like 50 million a year.
03:55Yeah, killing it on and off the field.
03:57Good to be Burrow.
03:58Absolutely.
