00:00Today is the 10th edition of the KPKT series.
00:10We have reached the headquarter of the Malaysian Defence Forces and Experts.
00:14We have just received a message from the head of the JPPM, Dato' Noh Hisham.
00:20We have achieved a lot.
00:23I would like to emphasize that prevention is more important than safety.
00:30We always respect the bomb as a pillar of national security.
00:35Because that is our mission.
00:38We have to ensure the safety of life and property.
00:41Last year, our country suffered a loss of RM267 billion.
00:47This is a huge loss.
00:49I hope that with this huge loss, we will be able to improve.
00:55We will be able to improve our weapons and equipment.
01:00Next year, we will have a loss of RM227 billion.
01:04In the past few years, we have lost more than RM200 billion each year.
01:08We need to ensure that we are at the best level when it comes to preparing bombs.
01:14As we all know, our weapons and equipment are at the 90% level.
01:23We will receive an additional RM30 billion from China.
01:32The value of the bomb is RM60 million.
01:36It will be received by the JPPM next year.
01:40This is such an initiative.
01:43We will make it even greater.
01:45To remind you again,
01:47the sacrifice of the Sukalela Bomb Squadron,
01:52all of them have produced 369 PPS bombs.
01:58Next year, we will increase the PPS annual allowance.
02:03In the past, it was RM1,500.
02:05This year, it is RM3,000.
02:06Next year, it will increase to RM5,000 for each squadron.
02:09But this is only for the active squadrons.
02:12We want to encourage them.
02:14The PPS is not a hibernation.
02:18It is an active squadron to donate.
02:21This donation is a little bit of recognition and respect to the PPS throughout the country.
02:33Secondly, for your information,
02:36the bomb has frozen the holiday.
02:38Many people have not gone down to the padang.
02:41They are already in the padang.
02:43As of this morning,
02:45we can see that in terms of the number of casualties,
02:49there is a lot of decrease in the flood.
02:51The number of PPS is already closed.
02:54It is hoped that in the next two weeks,
02:56we will pray for the weather to be okay.
03:00It can rain, but not too much.
03:02The flood will be in our hands.
03:07For your information,
03:09this time, the PPS government has made extraordinary preparations.
03:1482,000 soldiers have gone down on a rescue mission
03:22and also to help the people.

03:29has also been paid.
03:32RM156 million.
