00:06Eight months after calling it quits,

00:08Gypsy Rose Blanchard has reached a settlement in her divorce from Ryan Anderson.

00:13It's difficult because we were happy, you know,

00:17and it's one of those where, like, I thought we were happy too.

00:20According to TMZ, the 33-year-old and her ex-husband agreed on no spousal support,

00:26but the division of community property is still on the table.

00:30The outlet, however, says a judge hasn't signed off on the settlement yet.

00:36I'm accepting things. It wasn't my choice, but, I mean, you have to dust yourself off.

00:43Gypsy filed for divorce from Ryan in April,

00:46nearly two years after the pair tied the knot in a prison ceremony,

00:50while she was serving time for the second-degree murder of her mother, Deedee.

00:54It was just something that I had to learn on my own.

00:58I had to come out and live with a partner that I had known for three years.

01:05As, you know, we went through ups and downs in our relationships,

01:08but actually living with someone is so much different.

01:11The divorce settlement comes as Gypsy's expecting her first child

01:15with boyfriend Ken Urker, the pair rekindling their romance after her split from Ryan.

01:21Ken and I have always remained friends, even after our breakup in 2019,

01:27when my marriage was over and I, you know, I walked away.

01:31That's when Ken and I was developing a reconnection and starting to find that,

01:39okay, back in 2019 and 2017, it wasn't the right time for us.

01:45But now, now that I'm free, we're able to reconnect and see if that right time is now.

01:52And is it?

01:54It is.

01:57Everything's going really good with us.

01:59You know, I would confront Gypsy and she would always be like,

02:05And you think she was? You think she was lying?

02:07In hindsight, possibly.

02:10You know, like now, now the split has happened. I mean, you find out certain things.

02:14So, you know, at the time I didn't believe it, you know, that she wasn't talking,

02:19you know, to him, but it is what it is.

02:21I'm blindsided about how fast the process went.

02:24It was just shocking how fast it went from this to that to now I'm with Ken and I'm in love with him.

02:32Gypsy announced she and Ken were having a baby on her YouTube channel back in July.

02:37We're both very excited. This was not planned at all. It was completely unexpected,

02:44but we're both very excited to take on this new journey of parenthood.

02:50The parents-to-be are expected to welcome a baby girl in January.

02:55All that matters is making sure that I'm healthy, the baby's healthy,

02:59my relationship with Ken is healthy, and we are moving forward in a positive way.
